Discovering Harmony with Life

A 9-week transformative program designed to help you find deeper inner harmony.

The course is a self-discovery program that will take you through a 9-week adventure, beginning with the foundations essential to deepening your sensitivity and attentiveness.

The course will unfold in the following sequence.

Week 1 - Healing

In the first week, we will focus on the habit of pausing during the day and connecting with our feelings. This habit is a foundation for healing and helps us be more present and sensitive. When these stops become part of our days, everything becomes more harmonious. We are in tune with our inner world at a deeper level, hence it is reflected in our lives.

Week 2 – Practicing Presence

This week, we will focus on embodying our bodies and becoming more mindful of their communication. We will bring attention to our inner bodies and become more present and grounded. Every action taken from the state of Presence is more harmonious and aligns with the current of life, therefore, it requires less energy.

Week 3 - Silence

Spending time in silence is a beautiful way to become more present and loving towards ourselves. Extended periods of silence have something unique, as each of us is unique. When we spend time in silence, we connect with our uniqueness and allow it to surface. We will also reflect on activities you enjoy and love, and focus on bringing more of them into your life.

Weeks 4 & 5 - The wisdom of the body

The following two weeks, we will focus on paying attention to various experiences during your days, how they affect your well-being, and which are in harmony with your inner truth. We will learn to pay more attention to the communication of our bodies and recognize which activities, experiences, places, and people are close to our most authentic selves.

Weeks 6 & 7 - Tuning into the wisdom of life

During these two weeks, we will focus on a more intuitive way of living. We will do that by acting on what feels most authentic and inspired in each moment. This practice helps to move with intelligence and the current of life.

Weeks 8 & 9 - Tuning into the wisdom of life

In the last two weeks, we will focus on the art of paying attention to experiences meaningful to your future self and the embodiment of your potential. The art of paying attention helps to notice these tracks and follow them with trust.

We will start each week with a live session deepening the topic of the specific week or weeks.
