Discovering Your Life Purpose

A 10-week transformative program designed to help you find deeper fulfillment and build a solid foundation for discovering your life purpose.

The course is a self-discovery program that will take you through a 10-week exploration, beginning with the foundations essential to deepening our sensitivity and attentiveness.

Week 1 - Healing

Successful healing serves as a foundation for life's purpose. In the first week, we will focus on the habit of pausing during the day and connecting with our feelings. This habit is a foundation for healing and helps to be more present and sensitive.

Week 2 – Connecting with the wisdom of the body

Our bodies are tremendously intelligent and can be a compass leading us to the life of inner truth. This week, we will attune our body compass and become more mindful of its communication. We will learn which experiences are in harmony with the most natural parts of ourselves.

Week 3-8 - Healthy habits

Building healthy habits is a structure and foundation for a life of purpose. Filling your days with healthy habits and executing them takes time. In weeks three and four, we will introduce the habit of spending quality morning time by focusing on the four most important aspects of well-being. In weeks five and six, we will build an insightful and reflective momentum, helping you define experiences essential to your life purpose. In the following week, we will explore the subject of building a loose discipline, and in week eight, we will reflect on experiences that are not supportive.

Week 9 - Tuning into the wisdom of life

This week, we will cultivate the art of paying attention, which is necessary to be mindful of the two main ecosystems that hold precious information for discovering your life's purpose. Your inner environment and your outer, daily environment.

Week 10  - Following what is uniquely yours

In the last week, we will summarize and follow your discoveries.

We will start each week with a live session deepening the topic of the specific week or weeks.
