Part 1: Deeper meeting with emotionality

Healing lies at the core of our well-being and serves as a foundation for inner integrity and a life of unique fulfillment. Finding deep satisfaction and true happiness won't be easy until we commit ourselves deeply and wholeheartedly to our healing. Healing is certainly a process and will take time until we start to feel better, but staying committed and persevering with our efforts is paramount. Sometimes, they may seem insignificant or minor, but every action taken toward your well-being, however small it may look, counts. One way to recognize that we are making progress is that we will start to feel more natural, present, and connected. Another way is that negative self-talk starts to transform into a supportive and loving one. We are not so judgmental, and we are learning to become friends with ourselves. Self-supportive dialogue can be a helpful tool in times of challenge, and when practiced, it supports insights and upliftment.

In this module, we will focus on implementing one of the most powerful habits that will support your healing, help you become more present and grounded, and teach you how to process your feelings and harmonize your being regularly. It will also connect you with your sensitivity and attentiveness at a deeper level, which are crucial for the following weeks' practice and attuning to life guidance. Implementation of this habit will help you significantly in the process of delving deeper in your healing, but also in the process of recognizing your life purpose.

Part 2: Quality mornings

Taking care of the most precious aspects of human life in the morning before starting any other duties will transform your days and infuse them with clarity, focus, and healthy self-esteem. The morning silence is one of the best and most precious gifts we can give ourselves. The most important aspects of human well-being are mentality, physicality, emotionality, and spirituality. 

Part 3: Connecting with inteligence of the body

Our bodies are tremendously intelligent. If we want to live harmoniously, with integrity, and according to our inner truth, our body can be a compass leading us to the life we are meant to live. Unfortunately, we have been conditioned not to pay attention to our bodies, their wisdom, and the constant communication they send us. We need to turn toward our bodies and live according to their guidance. As you progress with healing, you also become more sensitive. We connect with our sensitivity through emotionality, which is why healing is important. The deeper we go into ourselves and connect with the most natural parts, the more grounded and connected to our bodies we become. Our sensitivity becomes our ally as we learn to receive and honor communication from our body. In this module, we will calibrate the body compass, and you will practice which experiences are aligned with your truth.

Part 4: The art of paying attention

These two weeks will be much about self-awareness and self-observation. Healing and previous weeks serve to be more attentive, sensitive, and reflective. The art of paying attention helps to discern which places, activities, people, and experiences align with your essential self, and which ones will contribute to discovering your unique life purpose.

In this module, we will practice the art of paying attention, and you will be invited to reflect on certain experiences each day. This exercise will build a beautiful, reflective momentum and crystallize paths essential to your life's purpose.

Part 5: Following your path

In our last week, we will meet to reflect on your entire self-discovery process, and we will ask ourselves a few vital questions:

What are your most valuable and enlightening discoveries?

What do you feel the universe is calling you to at this stage of your life?

Which of your discoveries would you like to explore?

What are your next steps in each of them?

These discoveries will be important and enriching, contributing to your unique life purpose and how you express it in the world.

How will you benefit from this program?

  • You will understand yourself and your feelings better by regularly creating a tranquil space for their processing, which will affect your entire being and level of peace. You will become more present, mindful, and sensitive, which will help you to be more receptive to the guidance of life

  • You will learn to live in a sense of more flow, which will affect the quality of your entire life and help you to conserve energy

  • The program will help you implement a few of the most powerful habits that will serve you for the rest of your life

  • You will learn the art of paying attention, and you will attune yourself to the guidance of life

  • You will become more receptive, sensitive, and attentive to life's communication, especially in two major ecosystems important to in discovering your life purpose: your inner environment and your outer, everyday environment

  • You will be able to use this information to reinvent your life and create an occupation that is in line with your gifts and passions.

Practical information

  • Each module begins with a live meeting that serves to delve deeper into the topic and prepare for the upcoming week’s practice

  • The Program lasts 10 weeks (each module 2 weeks) and consists of 5 live sessions
