Part 1: Healing as a foundation for life purpose

Healing lies at the core of our well-being and serves as a foundation for inner integrity and a life of unique fulfillment. Finding deep satisfaction and true happiness won't be easy until we commit ourselves deeply and wholeheartedly to our healing. Healing is certainly a process and will take time until we start to feel better, but staying committed and persevering with our efforts is paramount. Sometimes, they may seem insignificant or minor, but every action taken toward your well-being, however small it may look, counts. One way to recognize that we are making progress is that we will start to feel more natural, present, and connected. Another way is that negative self-talk starts to transform into a supportive and loving one. We are not so judgmental, and we are learning to become friends with ourselves. Self-supportive dialogue can be a helpful tool in times of challenge, and when practiced, it supports insights and upliftment.

In this module, we will focus on the implementation of one of the most powerful habits that will support your healing, help you become more present and grounded, and you will learn how to regularly process your feelings and harmonize your being. It will also connect you with your sensitivity and attentiveness at a deeper level, which are crucial for the following weeks' practice and attuning to life guidance. Implementation of this habit will help you significantly in the process of delving deeper in your healing, but also in the process of recognizing your life purpose.

Part 2: The inner and outer purpose

The inner and the outer life purposes are deeply interrelated. When we focus and engage in inner purpose, the outer purpose is gradually revealed to us. Most of the prominent teachers of our time emphasize the importance of inner harmony, living in the present, integrity, and one's truth as the inner purpose of human life. The beauty and wisdom of this process is that when we are focused internally at first, we have a chance to reconnect with our gifts and true passions, build a foundation and resilience needed to fulfill the outer purpose. In this module, we will delve deeper into this topic and reflect on what life might be calling you to.

Part 3: The art of paying attention

These two weeks will be much about self-awareness and self-observation. Healing and previous weeks serve to be more attentive, sensitive, and reflective. The art of paying attention helps to sieve which places, activities, people, and experiences are in alignment with your essential self, and which of them may contribute to discovering your unique life purpose. In this module, we will practice the art of paying attention, and you will be invited to reflect on certain experiences each day. This exercise will build a beautiful, reflective momentum and crystallize paths essential to your life's purpose.

Part 4: Tuning into the wisdom of life

Paying attention to our attention daily has a significant role. Being mindful of what experiences attract our attention and how we feel about them helps us find what has a meaningful role in expanding and enriching our lives. This week, we will practice being attentive to our attention and what it is being attracted to.

Part 5: Following your path

In our last week, we will meet to reflect on your entire self-discovery adventure, and we will ask ourselves a few vital questions: What are your most valuable and enlightening discoveries? What do you feel the universe is calling you to at this stage of your life? Which of your discoveries would you like to explore? What are your next steps in each of them? All your discoveries will be important, enrich, and contribute to your unique life purpose and how you will express it in the world.
