Part 1: Intention as a foundation for healing
If you are here, it means that your spirituality is important to you. Maybe it is even the most important aspect of your daily life, and the silent, prevailing intention of your life. Most probably, you are also sincerely interested in your personal growth, constant development, and you feel a desire to discover the deeper meaning of your life. These qualities are very important because they will guide you through the entire process and its phases. When our life is not harmonious, we experience suffering and feel unfulfilled; it means we are called to step on the path of healing and inner work. Maybe you are already on that path and you intend to deepen your healing, inner harmony, or discover your deepest passions, gifts, and life purpose. No matter at which stage you are, it is important to express your deepest intention and ask God for help. That kind of request has an impact on the entire process because we have a chance for the feeling of separation and isolation to be dissolved.
Part 2: Deeper meeting with emotionality
Healing lies at the core of our well-being and serves as a foundation for inner integrity and a life of unique fulfillment. Finding deep satisfaction and true happiness won't be easy until we commit ourselves deeply and wholeheartedly to our healing. Healing is certainly a process and will take time until we start to feel better, but staying committed and persevering with our efforts is paramount. Sometimes, they may seem insignificant or minor, but every action taken toward your well-being, however small it may look, counts. One way to recognize that we are making progress is that we will start to feel more natural, present, and connected. Another way is that negative self-talk starts to transform into a supportive and loving one. We are not so judgmental, and we are learning to become friends with ourselves. Self-supportive dialogue can be a helpful tool in times of challenge, and when practiced, it supports insights and upliftment.
In this module, we will focus on the implementation of one of the most powerful habits that will support your healing, help you become more present and grounded, and you will learn how to regularly process your feelings and harmonize your being. It will also connect you with your sensitivity and attentiveness at a deeper level, which are crucial for the following weeks' practice and attuning to life guidance. Implementation of this habit will help you significantly in the process of delving deeper in your healing, but also in the process of recognizing your life purpose.
Part 3: Connecting with inteligence of the body
Our bodies are tremendously intelligent. If we want to live harmoniously, with integrity, and according to our inner truth, our body can be a compass leading us to the life we are meant to live. Unfortunately, we have been conditioned not to pay attention to our bodies, their wisdom, and the constant communication they send us. We need to turn toward our bodies and live according to their guidance. As you progress with healing, you also become more sensitive. We connect with our sensitivity through emotionality, which is why healing is important. The deeper we go into ourselves and connect with the most natural parts, the more grounded and connected to our bodies we become. Our sensitivity becomes our ally as we learn to receive and honor communication from our body. In this module, we will calibrate the body compass, and you will practice which experiences are aligned with your truth.
Part 4: Becoming your best friend
This week, we will practice self-supportive talk. Self-supportive and sane conversation with oneself has a powerful influence on the healing.
Part 5: Daily reflection as a source of peace
All healing efforts lead to inner space, living in harmony, and the ability to sit in silence. It is not so uncommon that we cannot sit in silence and contemplate. Our minds are too busy, and without healing, we often feel tension that does not allow us to be at peace. This week, we will practice the habit of spending some time by the end of each day, and reflecting on the day.
