IN THIS LESSON
Because healing lies at the core of our well-being, in this module, we will cultivate the habit of regular pauses during our days. As mentioned, this single habit, when done correctly, can change our inner landscape within minutes, and when practiced regularly, it clears perception, harmonizes our being, and helps to stay grounded, which is so important in our times.
In this part of the program, I invite you to a short guided session and to continue cultivating the habit of stopping for yourself during the flow of your days every time you feel emotional discomfort. In that way, the habit will become much more natural and automatic, and over time, it will become a way of living and taking care of your well-being.
