Healing is certainly a process and will take a little time to start feeling better, but staying committed and persevering with your efforts is paramount. Sometimes, they may seem insignificant or minor, but every action taken toward your well-being, however small it may look, counts. One way to recognize that you are making progress is that you will start to feel more natural, peaceful, present, and connected. Another way is that negative self-talk transforms into a supportive and loving one. We are not so judgmental, and we are learning to become friends with ourselves.
In this module, we will focus on the implementation of one of the most powerful habits that will support your healing, help you become more present and grounded, and you will learn how to regularly process your feelings and harmonize your being. It will also connect you with your sensitivity and attentiveness at a deeper level, which are crucial for the following weeks' practice and attuning to life guidance.
