The role of healthy and supportive habits in the process of discovering your life purpose and building a harmonious life - part 3

This week, I want to share a third incredibly valuable habit. It's the habit of daily contemplation of the passing day, which is best cultivated at the end of the day, preferably at a similar time or during similar activities. This makes it easier to remember. With this habit, I invite you to pause and briefly contemplate all the experiences you're grateful for that day. We want to quietly reflect on the day and scan it, focusing on what enriched it and what we're grateful for. When you note such an experience, pause for a moment and try to feel it again, simultaneously feeling the gratitude that will surely arise naturally. If it helps, you can write down experiences that arise in your contemplation. Also, notice how your inner environment changes as you revisit these experiences. This is important because we create an environment of inner abundance and gratitude, which in turn multiplies when we remain consistent with this simple practice.

Contemplation doesn't have to be long; it can last 5 or 10 minutes, but it's important to do it regularly. After a while, you'll realize how valuable it is and how much it impacts your life and your level of gratitude for what's already there. This contemplation is so valuable because sometimes, in the rush of the day, we forget how much goodness and blessings already exist in our lives. A short daily pause will allow you to notice them all and will be a magnet for more.

The habits mentioned in all three parts are the core of healthy and supportive habits, and if you devote some attention to them, you'll surely notice changes in yourself and your life. If you'd like to learn other habits that will enrich your life, help you continually grow, cultivate peace and harmony, as well as those that will help you discover your life's mission, I invite you to a series of online classes dedicated to a broader spectrum of these key habits.
