Where am I in my healing process? Contemplation.
Today, I would like to invite you to contemplate where you are in your healing process. The answers will help you initiate appropriate action, or they will assure you that you are in the right place. Here are the questions:
Do I feel that I live in inner harmony, and I have the proper tools to be able to notice, feel, and release emotions regularly?
Do I understand why certain emotions are present in my life?
Can I feel and observe emotions and not react when it is not necessary?
Do I feel that there is an inner space in me that allows me to maintain distance from what is happening around, and respond to the situation maturely?
Can I say that I am free from my past?
Do I have a set of effective practices and activities that help me to take care of myself and my inner harmony daily?
