Daily emotional self-care – more important than ever.

We live in such hectic times that it is highly important to maintain a set of healthy self-care practices that support our well-being and inner grounding. The habit of regular pauses for ourselves is one of those practices that carries enormous power, and when cultivated persistently, creates an umbrella for our emotional well-being. Its preciousness lies in the fact that we teach ourselves to spend quality time with our inward attention, and we can focus it on feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, so that we can notice, acknowledge, feel, and let go of those that are not serving us. Unfortunately, we have busy schedules, and sometimes during the flow of the day, we forget to slow down and withdraw our attention from the world for a while. The world can wait a little, and by cultivating this habit, we can come back to it from a different place within. It is because each pause and a nonjudgmental approach to our feelings allow us to connect with Presence at a deeper level, and bring us to a deeper inner harmony, which can then be brought to our environment and the world around us.

In Living in Harmony and Meaning, we meet regularly and cultivate those daily pauses during online guided sessions, both in the mornings and in the afternoons. If you feel like joining, I invite you to explore the topic. You will find more information here:
