Living in Presence - afternoon sessions


These are regular, short, guided sessions for practicing Presence. Regular attendance will help you connect with Presence at a deeper level and become more sensitive and attentive to your inner world and your daily environment.

The classes are delivered in short, 15-20-minute guided sessions, and will leave you feeling more grounded and connected. Regular practice of presence will begin to impact every aspect of your life and its quality, and will gradually allow you to live in greater flow and harmony with life.

The classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday at 17.00 CET.

  • We will respond with a link to the Zoom meeting

  • Sessions are donation-based, so you can decide after a few of them how much you want to pay.
