Practicing Letting Go - emotional freedom


These are regular, short, guided sessions for releasing negative and unhelpful emotions. They are inspired by Dr. David R. Hawkins’ book titled “Letting Go”. Regular attendance will help you learn to use this simple method to take care of your inner well-being and emotional freedom.

The sessions are here to build a solid foundation for pausing for yourself a few times per day and bringing your attention inwards. This will allow you to learn to notice and feel your emotions in a nonjudgmental way and process them regularly so that your inner space expands, and you will live in harmony.

The classes are delivered in short, 15-20-minute guided sessions, and will leave you feeling more peaceful, grounded, and connected. Regular practice will begin to impact every aspect of your life and its quality, and will gradually allow you to live in greater flow and harmony with life.

The classes take place every Wednesday and Friday at 17.00 CET.

  • We will respond with a link to the Zoom meeting

  • Sessions are donation-based, so you can decide after a few of them how much you want to pay.
